There are promo pages that advertise the ability to check your FiOS voice mail online if you register for My Verizon, but once I have signed up, I can't seem to find any link to actually do it. I thought I saw something about "Widgets", but when I search for that it only leads me to info about installing widgets for my set-top box. Can anyone point me to the correct starting place if I want to be able to check my voice mail using my computer? I have the whole FiOS phone/tv/internet bundle...

Have you been to:

www.verizon.com/fiosvoice

This is where I go to view call logs, voice mail etc.  You can also have voice mails emailed to you in WAV format too.  I can hear them on my smartphone.

I have fios and I can't check call logs or voicemail on line any longer. Why? My phone is fios but not digital voice.
