I need to speak to HUMAN

I finally got through to a tech on friday he opened a ticket, told me tht someone would get back to me within 24 hours.....

My problem is i just got verizon triple, with digital voice, none of the extras work, call waiting, forwarding, call block etc...

I found the place to check for repairs, they closed the tickt, said it was a problem on the outside line.....i know its a program problem, we all have a relative tht workes for them.....so i have the same problem, nothing works, anyone have a number for a HUMAN, I cant suffer through that robotic woman anymore.....

1 888 553 1555

you have to go through the basics... give your phone number, choose tech support... once you have gotten that far, you can press 0 and/or say AGENT until the automated lady transfers you... if there is a wait, you will have to wait... but you wont have to deal with the automated lady anymore

you can also click on the Contact Us link and use the online chat, if you prefer to type to a real person

Re: I need to speak to HUMAN

Unfortunately I can't offer you a better answer than what was given   888-553-1555,  for FIOS customers,  is still an improvement over the normal automated attendants on other Verizon support numbers.   You usually can get a person sooner than on the other numbers.

Isn't a shame how many of the voice services don't work upon installation??   My voice mail did not work for the first week and you would think that I was the very first FIOS voice customer in the entire Pittsburgh  metropolitan area (in June of this year,  after it as available for several years).   My ticket went from group to group and they were baffled.  The telephone reps were beside themselves.   Did I need One Point Voice mail?    Was my phone being transferred to the correct voice mail number for my local area?  Was my switch equipped to provide FIOS service (YOU at Verizon are asking ME,  the customer, if the switch is equipped for FIOS after you installed it).    Suddenly after several days and many calls to 888-553-1555, it worked.    I was never contacted and told it was solved.  I just had to check day after day and suddenly..... Success !!   : )  Hopefully you'll be good to go soon.  There are decent services once they "work".
