Incorrect billing amount

I opened a Verizon account late December, with $39 promotion for 25/25 internet and landline.  My January bill states my monthly payment is $99.99, and it should be $39, so I called Verizon and a rep fixed that for me.

I can see my Feburary bill now and it still states $99.99 per month. 

Who can I ask for help?

Call them back again and have it corrected.
