WHY CAN'T YOU HIRE PEOPLE TO TALK TOO?
WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO SPEEK WITH SOMEONE?
I called, last Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday until I used up a whole
months allotment of minutes, Called, Chatted, chatted and chatted some more...
"We're Sorry but I can;'t help you let me transfer you.'"
Called the guy who climbs the pole, he said pay your bill , let me transfer you.
Called and chatted and chatted some more Thursday...
Friday after spending 12+hours on this, I called
to talk to a supervisor, guess what, she can't even answer her phone.
Left a message.
Phone is still out.
Talked to a representative & Supervisor Yesterday, Monday, and no avail.
Now I am going to try chatting some more, since I CAN'T CALL!
