Land Line Status Change from "Restricted" to Actual Phone Number

Can anyone walk me through changing this status on my land line phone?

My wife requested this initially but has relented to have the number listed and I do not

know how to on line and do not want to stay on terminal hold with Verizon. Also was there

a $5 per month fee per month for this service. Thank you.  Stumped in NJ.

Online on My Verizon >> Add/Upgrade Service >> Phone Extras >> Directory Listing tab.
