Since my area doesn't offer FIOS, I've had to have a landline with my DSL. I recently heard there is a DSL that does not require having a landline. Can someone confirm this? Thanks.
Verizon stopped offering "dry loop" DSL to its a couple years ago. Check out this link for more info: No more dry loop
