I have DSL and a wireless phone. The computer is functioning properly but the phone has a flashing "line in use message" and when picked up there is only static on the line. Sometimes (rarely) the phone works. I've checked everything I can think of but no luck. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hello Krup, I would suggest unplugging all the wireless phone bases and leave unplug for a minute or two. Then plug back in one by one. Hopefully this will resolve the line in use. It sounds like there is an issue with the line going back "on hook" and it happens at times with wireless phones.
