No matter what I set the number of rings to ( 2 thru 6) my main number always rings 4 times before forwarding. I had to get Verizon rep to change on their end, then it worked correctly. Tried changing it again from website, same thing, always 4 rings. I had a coworker try it with their phone line, same issue. Appears to be an issue with the webpage not updating the option correctly.
