My long distance service is not working. I can make local calls but I cannot make a long distance call. When I called support last night they said there was an outage. They emailed me a message with a link that says view repair status, when I try to check my repair status, I get a message that says there are no repair tickets on my account.
We are a business in Northern VA and we lost long distance today as well. It was just restored in the past 10 minutes (currently 11:19am EDT)
