Hello everyone.
I had triple play with promotion $84.99/month 2 year contract with Verizon. One day my number got ported to another company without my acknowdge and permission. My plan became double play with $109/month. I contacted the online-chat-service, they could not help. Now I have two choices: one is stay with the double play $109/month or upgrade it to triple play $139/month. I absolutely can not afford these two options.
Please help me.
