This morning I received a phone call at 5:40 AM!!!! Dead a sleep of course I think the worse!! Its a recording from "Verizon" with my pin number? I have no idea what that means BC I have not made any changes and did not request any pin number. The recording instructs me to go online and put in my pin number but doesn't say where or for what service! I called like three times all before 6:00 and got the same recording, finally at 6:00 I was transferred to a "Verizon customer services representative". She asked for my name and contact number. With that info she was able to see my bill and a request for services change. Really BC I gave her a fake last name and my cell phone number is not connected to my home service. She apologized and said she will make a note of our phone call. I then looked on line and called Verizon and they had NO note from this woman I spoke to or any indication of a service change or a PIN!!! She was not the friendliest and did not seem concerned at all.
It was an unavailable number, but I was able to get the number off my phone. it was an 888 number. how can I block this number from calling me back! Its not the first time. I've also received calls late at night!
