Last night (Friday) , all my Verizon services went dead.  I have confirmed that is power to the while box outside.  Diagnostics lights indicated that power is on and MoCa is on but all othe leds  are out.  Any suggestions ?  Verizon cannot come to the house until Wednesday.  So I am dead in the water for  5 days!!!!  Any ideas that I may be able to check?

If the Network light is out you are not  seeing the Optical connection.  It will take a FIOS service call.
