Recently anytime some call me and the caller leaves a voice message on my Verizon account, the message never is recorded in my mailbox. If I am on the phone, caller can leave a message and I can get it. At the same time that this issue started, another personal message was recorded and I cannot change it nor change it to the default message. I called Verizon and they could not fix the problem.

Same or  similar issue with me. To the caller it appears they are leaving a message but I do not get the stutter dial tone and even when I check for new messages there are none. This is an intermittent problem that appears to have started in the last week or so. I do receive new voice mail messages but it appears I am not receiving all of them.
