I have no service. Verizon customer w same number since 1981.

in fact I pay early every month for 20 years.
Now if I get a call it says my number is not in service,
I cannot make a call
called customer service with all the automation .. finally spoke w a human who tell sme that a tech will service our line within in 5 days. What???
