It's infuriating how VZ loves adding mystery directory assistance charges to my bill. No one in our household of two ever uses the 411 service yet these $2.49 charges periodically appear. I finally contacted an agent today to dispute the charge. I really thought, it would be no big deal and he would reverse the charge, yet he continuted to argue with me that their system is infallible and I must be mistaken. So I guess VZ customer service strategy is to call their long-term customers liars over a couple bucks. I get a stomach ache everytime I have to deal with this company.
