Page listed for reverse phone lookup no longer works

Several sites on the Internet, and Verizon's own automated response bot (on 8/28/13), agree that Verizon provides free reverse phone lookups for Verizon landlines at this page:

http://www.verizon.com/utilities/reverselookup/

For me, this is changed automatically to:

http://www22.verizon.com/utilities/reverselookup/

...and the page is a dead end:

We're sorry....
We are not able to process your request. To continue, please select one of the following options:

  • Return to the previous page.
  • View the verizon.com site map.
  • Go to the verizon.com home page.

THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF AN UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER OR EVEN A LANDLINE/CELLULAR ISSUE! In this process, I haven't even told Verizon the phone number yet.

So what happened to this page? If one of the supposedly free (but not free) reverse lookup sites tell me that the phone number that called me is a Verizon landline, where can I find the name of the person who called me?

Please don't tell me there are lots of sites on the Internet that do this for free. This is no longer true. Please do not recommend that I Google the number; I have already done that, and more.

Instead, please tell me the exact Verizon page that provides this for Verizon landlines, or tell me a specific Internet page that does this.

Thank you!

I agree. I was looking for an answer for the lookup link on verizon.com:

http://www.verizon.com/support/residential/phone/homephone/general+support/long+distance+calling/lon...

which doesn't work, but your link now does.
