Any call that I receive, or I that make, people cannot hear me. I have replaced the filters, and techs have tested the line numerous times. The problem will seemingly be resolved to only occur either the same day or the next day. The problem is intermittent.
What is the problem? And how do I solve it?

The next thing to check would be the phone itself. Please try another phone in the house or borrow a verified working phone from elsewhere to test in the phone.
