Please just tell me why I can't retrieve voicemails anymore and why my code doesn't work/exist anymore? I was talked into a digital upgrade on my land line...no problem, great ...go ahead....Why in the world would they not advise me that my access code wouldn't work anymore or at least give me a recordinging that allowed me to re-set it...I have 25 missed calls (probably the limit allowed to show, and who knows how many voice messages)...and "1072# is an invalid entry..if you are not calling from your home...etc..."

The voicemail number did change with digital voice.
- Dial the FiOS Digital Voice Mail System 1.888.234.6786 (1.888.2FIOSVM)
- Enter your phone number (if prompted) followed by pound sign [#]
- Enter your Passcode, followed by pound sign [#].
The temporary password should be the last four digits of your home phone. You will be prompted to change the password.
