Why does my landline go out every time it rains or snows? Why can't it be fixed correctly? Why does Verizon " bully" me with repair cost threats? If all my phones are out, common sense says it's not my internal wiring! Why do I have to jump thru hoops to talk to a rep???????????

Hi Gary,
Are you still having service issues? If so, can you please send us a PM with this post so we can investigate?
Also, I apologize our tech team made you feel bullied with tech costs. They are required to let every customer know that when we send a tech out, if the problem turns out to be on the customer's side, there is a charge.
Every call is recorded and they are required to advise you.
Obviously with a weather related issue, it shouldn't be your problem but I promise they were only following their requirements
Hopefully, everything is back up by now, but if not, please send us a private message
