So what other options are there other than waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to deal with a dead phone line?
Already tried the link below, using "no dailtone" as my issue, to get a page timeout.

Why not just reword your response as:
"Hey, please continue to use that link that you just mentioned times out"
It's like thinking that some day it will magically work.
