Voice Mail Access Number Changed - can't access

A few weeks ago Verizon "upgraded" the voicemail service in my area. Now it's slower than before, but my real problem is that my access number changed. I must dial my own number, then * then # then my number to access messages. Does anyone know the new voicemail access number in the Boston area? Thanks.

If you call the FSC, they should be able to give it to you.
