I try to listen to my voicemail via my browser. It tells me its loading but I never get to listen to it. Is there something that needs to be done in order to get this to work properly?

Please make sure you have the latest version Java installed on your computer and you are using Internet Explorer.

Anthony, I've had the exact same problem for several weeks (and a repair ticket was opened 7 days ago w/o resolution as of yet). I cannot listen to voice mails online whether I'm on a PC or a Mac, whether I'm using IE, Safari, Chrome or Firefox, and whether I'm at home or at my office. The latest version of Java is installed on all computers.
Looking at message titles on this forum, it appears that the problem is not an isolated one. Perhaps you, as a Verizon employee, can implore the powers that be to PLEASE take this issue seriously and solve the problem?
