We get as much background noise on our phones as we did with our old dial up, however we have Fios.
Even our friends who thought they wanted Fios have mentioned to us about the background noise, they hear it as well. We thought this would not be possible with Fiber Optic Fios Service.
I tried calling service however the service wait time is so long we gave up.
We waited quite a while as it was to get that far with service.
Any thoughts why we would be getting background noise with Fios?
