I am trying to play play voice messages online, but I cannot get messages to play with Firefox 13.0.1 browser. I think I have all my java and other plugins up to date. Player pops up, but when I click the play arrow, I get the message that it cannot retrieve voice mail. It works with IE. Anysuggestions?

Seems Voice mail is  out of service for 48 hours - check other posts!

Thanks, but this has been an ongoing problem that I can't use Firefox for the past month, since I first joined the plan.

Have you been in contact with Verizon support?  You can reach them through the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

I have not contacted support. That is my last resort, I usually get much better help for obscure PC issues from 'regular' folks on forums. I call support for things that are clearly Verizon issues. I'm betting they will just read me the system requirements and tell me to either use Internet Explorer or contact my PC/Operating System support . I'll search around a few more days before I call.
