forward residential voicemail to verizon email

DEAR VERIZON,

I go to myverizon>calling features>voicemail

Latest Java installed.

Page displays all saved voicemail correctly, plays each individually when selected.  It all works BUT

when I select "forward" and supply my verizon email address, it says "successful" BUT

there is never a **bleep** thing in my inbox.  This worked a year ago.  I MUST clear out saved messages and if this works, it allows storage of important voicemails OFF the voicemail server so they can be saved properly in a local computer or by any means of storage once saved from email.  THE FORWARDED VOICEMAILS DO NOT GET FORWARDED TO A *VERIZON* EMAIL ADDRESS, AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO 'SPAM' OR ANYWHERE!  THEY SAY 'FORWARDED SUCCESSFULLY' BUT ALL THEY DO IS DISAPPEAR!  AFTER PUTTING ME THROUGH THIS HORRIFIC LOSS OF TIME, WHY DON'T YOU PROVIDE AN OPTION TO "FORWARD ALL" SAVED VOICEMAIL AT ONCE, TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS, AS .MP3 FILES?

WHY NO FORWARDING OF VOICEMAIL???  YOU KNEW HOW TO MAKE IT WORK LAST YEAR!!!

VERIZON OR USERS, PLEASE HELP!   iT IS VERIZON'S JOB TO FIX THIS! THANK YOU.
