Perhaps tech support can help determine if you were missed or if there's some other reason it wasn't received.  I'm really not sure otherwise.

I just did a reset on the box. (Unplugged it ) and when it came back up it updated. Thanks  Dan

Do you know if it's possible if the message add, To notify you about the "New Fios", Will show in all the markets before it's released?

I live in the Washington, DC metro area. Does anyone know what the schedule for DC is to get 1.9?
