IMG 1.9.1 update

I have yet to get the new 1.9.1 update (Northern Virginia) how can I get it manually updated?

Note that Cisco model stb/dvr, if you have one, are not yet being updated.

 

Try

1.  check that your box reports being connected to internet.

 

2. Reboot your box

 

3. Unplug the coax (in) from your box.  Wait a minute. reconnect it.
