Any word on when this will go live here in Staten Island, NY?

We (NY and NE) are thought to be next up.  Slow spin (small number of users for a test)in two weeks and in three weeks for the rest.  Some say the slow spin was already done, which if true might mean fast spin in only two weeks.

Any update on this, I'm on the North Shore of Staten Island, and have yet to receive an update. Getting impatient.

Are you serious? You still believe it will happen before Turkey Day? Knowing how much worth all promises made by Joe Ambeault and his people regarding rollout? It means one more lie and empty promise - nothing more, nothing less!

I would think that if it were indeed true this update will appear around Thanksgiving, we would now be seeing the update coming soon. Since I do not see the message on my dvr, my hopes for next week are basically gone.

Not necessarily...I didn't receive any messages about this at all on my STB.  One night when I was having trouble sleeping, I could hear my STB resetting itself and I saw the numbers flashing back and forth and when I turned on my TV at about 3 in the morning just to see, there it was, the new TV Guide Display.  And I'm from NJ. 

It's out of your hands anyway but I'm sure you will get it eventually.  It's a sleeker looking program and it's very nice to work with as long as your TV is a flatscreen and your STB is up to date.

I think tns's explanations have been very informative.
