Verizon support really stinks. I will no longer recommend FIOS to my friends. We have been without TV for 5 or 6 hours. I did everything I could find to correct it. The wait on phone and online is an hour or more. This is the second time this has happened. Home Agent is useless as usual. I am so disappointed. I am thinking of calling the attorney general.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:
