How does it work?
The session will be open to receive messages (and questions) from Verizon Community members on April 20, 2011 at 12 pm Noon Eastern for 60 minutes and again at 8:00 PM Eastern for 60 minutes.
1. Come to this "Meet the Expert" board and post your question. Please be sure to start a "new message" for new topics. If your topic is already being discussed please "reply". Note that you will need to be registered for the Verizon Community in order to post a question or reply. (It only takes a minute to register, and it is free.)
2. Joe (along with other members of the FiOS team) will be on this board during the allotted time periods to respond to as many posts as he can. We will leave the board open in between the two sessions in case you want to post a question for Joe to answer when he returns in the evening.
3. Be sure to "subscribe" (under Board Options) to receive email notifications if you have to "step away" from the session. You can also subscribe to other specific threads or topics you are interested in.
