How would I go about setting or changing my default font and text sizing?

 

Answer:

Within Message Center, you can set your default font and text size by adjusting them in the Settings tab in the General/Display section.

 

You can also adjust the Inbox View Layout as well to be Classic View (List View) or Preview Bottom View (preview pane with list view).
