Even if you think you can do it yourself, but think better of it later on when you see the Thermostat in your kit, have no worries!
Verizon will provide a Installation Card in your kit that provides a referral to a trusted 3rd Party -- InstallerNet -- who will come out and install your new Home Control Devices for you. You'll get the added benefit of having them show you how to use it too!
How ever you get this installed, know we are here to answer any questions for you! Just like you would today, you can call 1-800 VERIZON and be connected to a Home Control specialist to help you with installation questions or service related questions.
