I had an account with my company and have since left but stayed with Verizon. Can I get a an itemized copy of my previous bills? If so, how do I go about it?
Was the previous account in your name or the company's name? If it was the company's name, you may have to contact them to get those bills. You can call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and see if they can help you.
