I'm trying to add or change services on my Fios acct. I have the bundle (home phone, internet, and TV).
When I click on "Add or Change Services" on this page =
I get sent to this page =
1. Why am I sent to an order confirmation page, when I'm trying to add or change services?
2. How do I resolve this problem?

I found the answer in the corner of the page:
Your account currently has a pending order. That order must complete before you are able to proceed with online ordering.
You can easily check the status of your order by visiting
If you are unaware of a pending order for your account, call
1 800 - VERIZON (1 800 - 837 - 4966) to speak to a representative.
Apparently, Verizon can only handle one order at a time. Archaic!
