We moved in November and renewed our Verizon fios with the 2 year contract and was promised an Amazon gift card. I have received no communication regarding our gift card and we are almost 5 months out from when the new contract began. When can I expect to get my communication or is this really just a bait and switch that Verizon has pulled on many of it customers.
