Hi there - my credit card number changed, and when Verizon tried to take the auto pay, inevitably the old card was declined. I've just gone in to try to change the number, and on the expiry date of the card, the month does not extend below June. I have tried on both Safari and Chrome, with no luck. Help.

Sorry you are having difficulty updating your payment information. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

I still have not heard from a representative from Verizon on this.
