I'VE ONLY BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW MONTHS I GOT A BILL FOR A SERVICE CHARGE 27.90 COULD BE TV OR PHONE NO-ONE SEEMS TO KNOW I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE TAKEN OFF IT HAS NOT IF U CALL DIRECT THEY SAY U DON'T OWE ANYTHING IT'S NICE EVERYTHING IS FREE UNTIL U GET A CALL SAYING U ARE OVER DUE I CALLED 5 TIMES AND GAVE UP AND JUST PAID THE BILL SOMEONE EVEN HUNG UP ON ME ONCE UNBELIEVABLE
