Being Billed for Services not Requested

Hello everyone,

I find that I am repeatedly being billed for premium channels that I did not request or have any interest in. I have complained i n the past, and finally just pay the bill to keep my service, but cannot afford to keep doing so.  I have only requested one premium service in the 2 years that I have the account, but each month I am billed for Showtime, HBO, or something like that.  I am not home long enough to watch this stuff.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I live in a condo, and think I may be tied to someone else's account.
