This has been going on since January. Each month I get charged for a DVR that was supposed to be "free for life" with a new service. Each month I call customer service. They say they create an issue and they will get back in 48 hours. No response even with follow ups till the next month when I have to call them again. It seems to be too much to fix a billing issue?
Is this ever going to be resolved?
