I have a suggestion in treating your existing customers better. I have been a Verizon customer for a while. I called because I was upset that my price keeps going up (if I didn't take the faster internet speed, I'd lose my bundle), my internet service kept going down and I don't like how the automatic payment plan takes the money a week before the due date. I asked if the rates were going up and was told NO. This was in October 2011. I was given $10 off a month for 12 months. Nice huh? Not so fast. I received my November bill and the $10 credit was there. Now today, Nov. 4, 2011, I just received a letter saying effective Dec. 2011 my new rate was going up, you guessed it, $10/month! I called and there was nothing, I was told that could be done. Are you serious? This is really a poor way to run a business and now i know why I read soooo many complaints about Verizon! I will be shopping for new service.
