Hi, I have an inquiry about my bill. The last bill I paid was 417.00. This time my bill is 433 +. I don't know why it became 433.00. I am really disgusted with Verizon. I don't know how to pay my bill anymore. I just had a heart bypass surgery and now, I don't know where to get the funds for this additional bill. I am now thinking of shifting services to another provider. I hope you can help me.  Thanks.
