I just renewed my FIOS Triple Play in January.  The quoted price I agreed to over the phone is not what I am being billed.  How can I request an audio copy of the phone conversation I had with sales rep when I agreed to the new contract?

I've called, and still can't get help!  I was quoted an amount over the phone, and now I am being charged considerably more.  How can I get a copy of the phone conversation?
