Billing is very confusing!

Personally I find the billing very confusing, it is added on then gets taken off, added on then tken off, added on in one section taken off in another. Please simply list it by the amount I was told on the phone and be done with it. Also I was told by verizon that verizon would take care of direct tv only to find out such is not the case and who or what is EZSAVR,LLC a $15.00 dollar charge of some other provider??? And why does my lifeline discount get added on and then taken off, this makes no sense, I'm on lifeline because of very limited income. Bottom line something that was suppose to save me money and be such a good deal,  ooooooo  FIOS, well personally it sucks and I'm removing it, my service is not faster or better, line quality has not improved, the games on tv from verizon are terrible, I am very disappointed!
