I have not had internet for 10 days now. NO one seems to care and no one seems to want to help me. They just push me off to the next person, and eventually that person never gets back to me. I am so tired of this and wish I could get some answers! Does anyone have any ideas on how I can talk to somene that will take this seriously? The problem happened when I upgraded to Quantum, and somehow in that process they messed things up and now I have NO internet. 10 days now! And still nothing! HELP!!!!
