Customer support

Is anyone else having difficulty reaching an agent at Verizon?

I was on hold for 20 min. the last time before anyone answered and then the issue was still not resolved.

Is they any suggestions as to the best way to have an agent or representive contact me.

Very frustrating!!

There are other options than the phone. Try live chat or email at:
http://www.verizon.com/contactus
Choose “Live Chat.”
If a chat agent is available to assist you, the chat link will become live after the page is fully loaded.

I always wonder what area and times peope are in and calling when they report such long delays.  I have never experienced delays that long, and only once when they had a serious network outage experienced delays over 5 mintue.
