I was told that I chose the multi-room DVR instead of the $350 gift card. I did not chose anything instead of anything else. The promotion I ordered my service under included the multi-room DVR. I am now being screwed out of the gift card and there doesn't seem to be any recourse. Can you say class action lawsuit? The only way to get what we paid for is to take them to court. If enough of us join to form a class, the penalties to Verizon would be triple. Any takers? I am not a lawyer, just another innocent customer that got screwed like the rest of you.
