First of all, I'd like to say I've been a fan of verizon since we've had it, but just today I logged on to review our account and all of the sudden it is $40 bucks more than it used to. Crappy way of doing business by adding HBO and cinemax back in the early summer just to HAVE you call them to cancel? what kind of business is Verizon? one that adds things the customer didn't request and then EXPECT the customer to take time out the THEIR day to make sure they dont get charged? Verizon should be better than that. As soon as we move Im dropping Verizon, what a crappy way of jacking up your bill.
