HBO until 10/31/2015 missing after renewing contract

We received snail mail from Verizon saying as Our thank you gift to you ENJOY HBO UNTIL 10/31/2015 - nothing to order, no web site to visit, no number to call, just tune in to HBO. That was fine for 2 weeks but our 2 year agreement needed to be renewed so yesterday as a good customer we renewed and when I tuned to HBO I got a message, "you're not subscribed."   I have gone to the website but there is no way to get it back, chat is unavailable, so I call the telephone number - finally get to a real, live person.  I explain my problem - he checks and says you're not subscribed to HBO.  I know that.  I explain again, he says he can sign me up for HBO at 1/2 price.  No, I don't want that I just want what was sent to me.  I want the free HBO Verizon offered me. How do I get it back as when Verizon sent the mail Verizon had to knew I would need to renew in a few weeks but because I renew Verizon removes the channel but offers to sell it at 1/2 off. That makes no sense it seems like bait and switch.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
