Too many unsuccessful attempts to fix my service, too much time on hold, and too much of my time wasted. I am done. How can I cancel my service, and send back my equipment?

You cannot cancel w/o a hefty charge. Join the class action law suite.

I could have not said it better....short and sweet and to the point. Today I switch back to comcast because I am tired of paying my bill in full for terrible service (channels that I am subscribed to being unavailable and TV pixelization or fragmented signals). I"m done working things out with Verizon support and headquarters. I never had this much trouble with Comcast. The lesson learned is that I went crying back to Comcast and will pay more just to get reasonable service and quality. Sad to say that the old adage is true...you have to pay more for quality.
