I need to pay my phone bill at my local grocery store tomorrow. I cannot find a copy of my bill and need the account number to pay the bill. When I go to sign in in the Verizon site with the username and password that I selected when I began service, now for some stupid reason, the Verizon site will not accept it. It will not accept my email address either even though I am getting notifications from them in this email account. Trying to find help from an actual human being in the site is impossible. Trying to find a toll free phone number for customer support is impossible. Trying to find an appropriate topic for my problem in the listing of help topics is impossible. Maybe they don't want me to pay my bill?

I tried the link you gave me. It just takes me to what I had already looked through. The only online chat I am finding is a automated agent that gives me a listing of topics that do not apply to my issue. I need to talk to a human being. I need to talk to someone who has the ability to reason with regards to my issue. Verizon is doing this so that they don't have to pay operators anymore. They are doing it to make money but in the process are providing extremely poor customer service and **bleep** off their customers. For one thing, part of my problem is that the site is not accepting my username and password that I selected and wrote down at the time I started the account. I cannot get help from anything in the contact us info because it wants me to sign in which is part of the problem. Anyway, I went looking through all my paperwork last night and found a copy of my bill and got my account number. Thanks for your help though.
